Yes. Standing Order services can be placed with Customer Service for easy and reliable processing of recurring transactions.

 

Q: When will my domestic check clear/mature?

Domestic checks clear in 1-2 working days.

            

Q: How do I begin the loan application process?

The loan process begins with a formal/ written letter of application addressed to the  Chief Executive Officer/General Manager of the bank. Subsequently, all required documents must be submitted to the Credit Department for the processing of a loan application. You may contact our Credit Department for more information.

 

Q: How long does it take to process a retail loan at your bank upon the submission of all  required documents?

Retail loans, when approved, are normally processed in 10-15 working days.

The process includes risk assessment, collateral verification and Central Bank credit check.
